This is a tracked shipping method. Most packages will be received with your regular mail depending on size. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing! CREEPS is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels but will try our best to recover your order and/or funds!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date.
All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
Email your return requests to hello@creeps.love with your order number to begin the returns process.
Pre-orders are non refundable.
ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
All returnable merchandise MUST be unworn with tags. Refund requests will be denied if the items are dirty or show any signs of wear. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Swimwear and intimates are final sale.
If you live in Canada:
we will send you a return shipping label (the cost of the label will be reduced from your refund). Store credit will be issued to you via email once we receive the returned merchandise.
If you live outside Canada:
you will be issued your return in the form of store credit when we receive the items in their original condition via whichever shipping carrier you prefer.
We highly suggest picking a tracked method of shipping as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen in transit.
We are unable to provide return shipping labels if you live outside of Canada at this time.
CREEPS will not pay customs/duties to receive return parcels so please make sure to mark your return as a 'gift'.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred, and the cost of the returning the package to CREEPS. The amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
