Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipment.
a. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and details are correct and entered in English characters only.
b. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, as well as any delays once orders have been shipped.
c. Once shipped, the package becomes your property, and all risks with its delivery transfer to you and the carrier.
d. You are responsible for Customs Clearance and any local duty and taxes due unless you selected a shipping option with duties and taxes prepaid.
e. If you refuse to pay for Customs clearance or fail to pick up your order, the carrier will dispose of or destroy your package, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date.
All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
Email your return requests to hello@creeps.love with your order number to begin the returns process.
Pre-orders are non refundable.
ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
All returnable merchandise MUST be unworn with tags. Refund requests will be denied if the items are dirty or show any signs of wear. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Swimwear and intimates are final sale.
If you live in Canada:
we will send you a return shipping label (the cost of the label will be reduced from your refund). Store credit will be issued to you via email once we receive the returned merchandise.
If you live outside Canada:
you will be issued your return in the form of store credit when we receive the items in their original condition via whichever shipping carrier you prefer.
We highly suggest picking a tracked method of shipping as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen in transit. You must provide a tracking number for your return shipment. If you do not provide a tracking number, we will assume the return was never shipped.
CREEPS will not pay customs/duties to receive return parcels so please make sure to pick a form of shipping that includes duties paid or mark your return as a 'gift' with the value under 40USD.

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
a. Changes to orders are possible but only before they are processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
b. Cancellations before your order is processed will be refunded minus the payment platform processing fee (up to 6%).
c. Cancellations after processing but before shipping will be refunded minus the processing fee (up to 6%) and a $10 CAD restocking fee per item.
