SHIPPING TERMS

CREEPS is not responsible for any lost shipments. Once the package has been released by us to the courier, unfortunately it is out of our control as to the guarantee of its safe delivery. If you choose a shipping method with NO TRACKING NUMBER, we are unable to assist you or provide you with your package status. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Exchange Policy is 7 days from delivery date. 

We do not issue refunds or returns, however:

CREEPS will be happy to issue an exchange for your delivered merchandise if there are any problems with the ORIGINAL PRODUCT or sizing within 7 days of their receipt at the shipping expense of the customer. All merchandise MUST be unworn. CREEPS has full rights and will exercise them to deny refunds if the items show any signs of wear, smell like perfume, have make up on them, or are dirty. Shipping costs however are NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE, however we can make case by case exceptions up to our discretion (see contact box at the bottom).
